Kefi Spitia can also be privatized for large groups for a minimum stay of 7 nights. There are 6 double bedrooms and 4 triple bedrooms, as well as a dormitory for 4 kids/persons. The maximum capacity is 28 people, very comfortable for 24 people.
The main house comprises a living room, a large fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, a large pergola for all meals with 3 large tables and one gaz planchas/steel bbq, a large TV and library room in the basement, laundry room. There is also a summer kitchen with sea view, a BBQ and vegetable garden. lower on the property you will find a beach volley and badminton on a large sanded area.
