Detail of the breakfast : choice of hot drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly home baked breads, cakes, fruits, cereals, greek yoghurt, marmelades, Kefalonian honey, ham and Kefalonian cheeses. Gluten free bread upon request.

Price per week

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

• Payment terms : Upon reservation, a down-payment of 30% of the total amount of your stay is required to confirm the reservation. 3 months prior to the date of arrival, 20% of the total amount of the stay is required. If the reservation is made less than 2 months prior to the date of arrival, a down-payment of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. The balance of 50% is payable on the day of arrival at Kefi Spitia.
• Cancellation Policy : The deposit of 30% that is required for the booking is non-refundable (to be discussed should there be a personnal issue with COVID19). In case of cancellation up to 60 days prior to the date of arrival, 30% of cancellation fees will be charged. Within 30 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of cancellation fees will be charged.
• No-show/early departure : the total amount of your stay that has already been paid is non-refundable.
