Kefi Spitia is a self catering villa for groups for a minimum stay of 7 nights. There are 6 double bedrooms and 4 triple bedrooms, as well as a dormitory for 4 kids/persons. The maximum capacity is 28 people, very comfortable for 24 people.
A complementary villa, just behind Kefi Spitia, with 4 bedrooms, is available if you need more rooms.
The main house comprises a living room, a large fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, a large pergola for all meals with 3 large tables and one gaz plancha, a gas BBQ, a large TV and library room in the basement, laundry room. There is also a summer kitchen with sea view and a vegetable garden. Below there is a beach volley and badminton sanded area.
The Villa is perfect for events such as family gatherings or weddings around the pool, yoga or wellness retreats.
We can help you organizing your stay with a selection of local chefs, restaurants, boat trips…
We offer you a welcome basket with a selection of local wines, Greek beers, olive oil, local honey, a variety of home-made jams…
We will find at your arrival all the necessary kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets…) as well as your first breakfast.
In all bathrooms, there is shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper.
