The design of Kefi Spitia is modern and comfortable. We are located just above Lourdas bay, close to the nature in a completely private, exclusive and peaceful environment. Hundreds of Olive trees surround the property.
Being eco-responsible is our goal : water is heated with solar panels, construction materials are mainly wood and concrete, there is a rainwater tank to water the garden.
All bedding is Greek : Candia mattresses are made of raw materials to correctly support your spine, and the cotton fabrics are coated with olive oil to have natural antibacterial protection to the skin.
The bathroom towels are made of 30% bambou/70% cotton, this natural fiber brings softness to the fabric.
The villa can be privatized for 7 nights for weddings, friends or family meetings. In that case the house can sleep 26 people very comfortably. The outside dinner area can welcome up to 80 seated persons. Renting as a self-catering villa does not include breakfast.
All rooms can be rented individually for 3 nights minimum. Breakfast is then prepared by Margaux and Emmanuel. It includes home made breads and french viennoiseries (gluten free bread upon request), fresh orange juice, hot drinks, home made marmelades, local honey, local cheeses and many other products .
A fully equiped outside kitchen and a barbecue are available for our guests, with a special terrace, a vegetable garden and a fantastic view on Lourdas bay.
We provide various other services, such as : airport pick up, paddle rent, hiking organization in the natural park of Mount Ainos, organization to rent a car locally. We are always available for any requests and questions.
