We, Margaux and Emmanuel, began our new life adventure on the beautiful island of Kefalonia in 2017, when we bought our very first plot of land.
Our dream was to create a guesthouse where visitors would feel like friends or family — a warm, comfortable home away from home — and to pamper them during their holidays on this amazing island.
We brought this dream to life with Kefi Spitia, which we ran for five wonderful years. During that time, we met incredible people from all over the world and made many lasting friendships.
Later, we helped build Villa Ol Aspra, located just below Kefi Spitia, managing every step of the project — from finding the perfect plot to the final delivery of the house. Today, we manage this beautiful family villa for seasonal rentals.
As we received more and more requests to privatize our spacious and comfortable Kefi Spitia — one of the largest villas on Kefalonia — we decided in 2025 to offer it as a self-catering villa for up to 24 guests.
In 2023, we had the wonderful opportunity to build Kefi Paradiso on the same hillside.
And in 2026, we are thrilled to be adding a new gem to our collection: Kefi Dream View, perched at the top of the hill.
We also wish to share our experience to people, like us, who want to create their dream place in Kefalonia by buying an existing house or building it from scratch. We created Kefi Consulting for this purpose in 2024 and are really happy to help building our customers dreams.

We speak French, Dutch, English, German, Greek, and some Italian and Spanish.
