Kefi Spitia is a newly built villa with 10 bedrooms, one of the only private premises on Kefalonia allowing to welcome up to 24 guests.
Nestled on a hilltop amongst a large olive grove with centenarian olive trees, this complex of 3 houses has both fantastic sea and mountain views (Mount Ainos).
Its secluded location, not far from the beach, creates a strong sense of tranquility.
Margaux and Emmanuel designed and decorated their villas, mixing contemporary, Cycladic and Kefalonian styles. The smallest details have been carefully considered and only high-quality materials have been used to create this contemporary and cozy home.
The garden of 10 000 m2, is filled with many different areas to allow our guests to share unique moments all together or to rest peacefully in a quiet and hidden place.
A small organic vegetable garden provides fresh sunbathed cherry tomatoes, zucchini and peppers to our guests.
The property is divided in 3 houses. 24 guests can be comfortably welcomed. In order to enjoy the views, each room has its own private terrace
In the main house with a large pergola, you will find a dining area, a sitting area to enjoy the views and sunsets, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a TV room with a library and a gym. There are 3 double bedrooms with very large terraces, two bathrooms. The large pergola can welcome 80 sitted guests for events.
One on the independant house comprises 4 triple independant rooms (2 adults and one child, or 3 adults)
The second independant house offers 3 double rooms, with shower room and toilet
All the bedding is Greek : Candia mattresses are made of raw materials to correctly support your spine, and the cotton fabrics are coated with olive oil to have natural antibacterial protection to the skin.
The bathroom towels are made of 30% bamboo/70% cotton, this natural fiber brings softness to the fabric.
You will find at your arrival all the necessary kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets…) as well as your first breakfast.
In all bathrooms, there is shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper.
In the center of the garden, the infinity pool (17 x 8 m) with a large 280sqm wooden terrace is the master piece of the property with its amazing view on Lourdas Bay.
Below the pool, there is an external kitchen with a dining area.
A large sanded area was created recently, where you can play badminton, beach soccer, beach volley, or have yoga sessions under a covered area with the most amazing views on Lourdas bay.
You can also rest under our olive trees to enjoy the natural shade.
This property is one of the largest of the island, the best place for Familiy moments and Friends gatherings, special events such as weddings, wedding anniversaries, birthdays.
As the Villa Ol Aspra is situated just under Kefi Spitia, both villas can be rented together allowing to have 14 bedrooms and up to 32 guests.
