Its location, in the village of Simotata with a very easy access from the main road, is ideal for an enjoyable discovery of the island from north to south.
The house is totally refurbished, where modern comfort meets with the serenity of the sea. This elegant retreat features a big living room with an open kitchen, three spacious double bedrooms and 3 stylish bathrooms, each designed with a warm, contemporary and bohemian-chic touch that feels both luxurious and welcoming.
In the living room, there is also a very comfortable sofa bed, that can welcome 2 extra guests
All the bedding is Greek : Candia mattresses are made of raw materials to correctly support your spine, and the cotton fabrics are coated with olive oil to have natural antibacterial protection to the skin.
The bathroom towels are made of 30% bamboo/70% cotton, this natural fiber brings softness to the fabric.
The open, modern design flows naturally to a large terrace overlooking the endless blue of the Ionian Sea.
Outside, a beautiful summer kitchen, a dining area and a barbecue will welcome you with its shaded terrace under a centenarian olive tree.

You will find at your arrival all the necessary kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets…) as well as your first breakfast.
In all bathrooms, there is shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper.
