Margaux, originally from the Netherlands and raised in France, and Emmanuel, French, speak French, Dutch, English, and German<\/strong> fluently, have a good command of Spanish and Italian<\/strong>, and are improving their Greek<\/strong> every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before starting our first project in Kefalonia in 2017, we both led numerous real estate projects \u2014 property acquisitions, renovations, and the construction of unique spaces<\/strong>.
Margaux notably supervised several exceptional developments for international luxury brands<\/strong>, while Emmanuel sold many high-end properties in the Paris area<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
