Kefi Spitia is a newly built villa with 10 bedrooms<\/strong>, one of the only private premises on Kefalonia allowing to welcome up to 24 guests<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nestled on a hilltop amongst a large olive grove with centenarian olive trees, this complex of 3 houses<\/strong> has both fantastic sea and mountain views <\/strong>(Mount Ainos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its secluded location, not far from the beach, creates a strong sense of tranquility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Margaux and Emmanuel designed and decorated their villas, mixing contemporary, Cycladic and Kefalonian styles. The smallest details have been carefully considered and only high-quality materials<\/strong> have been used to create this contemporary and cozy home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The garden of 10 000 m2<\/strong>, is filled with many different areas to allow our guests to share unique moments all together or to rest peacefully<\/strong> in a quiet and hidden place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A small organic vegetable garden provides fresh sunbathed cherry tomatoes, zucchini and peppers to our guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The property is divided in 3 houses. 24 guests can be comfortably welcomed. In order to enjoy the views, each room has its own private terrace<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the main house with a large pergola<\/strong>, you will find a dining area<\/strong>, a sitting area to enjoy the views and sunsets<\/strong>, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a TV room with a library and a gym<\/strong>. There are 3 double bedrooms with very large terraces, two bathrooms. The large pergola can welcome 80 sitted guests for events.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

One on the independant house comprises 4 triple independant rooms (2 adults and one child, or 3 adults)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second independant house offers 3 double rooms, with shower room and toilet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the bedding is Greek : Candia mattresses are made of raw materials to correctly support your spine, and the cotton fabrics are coated with olive oil to have natural antibacterial protection to the skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bathroom towels are made of 30% bamboo\/70% cotton, this natural fiber brings softness to the fabric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon arrival, you willl find all the necessary kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets\u2026) as well as your first breakfast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In all the bathrooms, there is shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the center of the garden, the infinity pool (17 x 8 m) with a large 280sqm wooden terrace <\/strong>is the master piece of the property with its amazing view on Lourdas Bay.<\/p>\n\n\n

Below the pool, there is an external kitchen with a dining area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A large sanded area<\/strong> was created recently, where you can play badminton, beach soccer, beach volley, or have yoga sessions under a covered area with the most amazing views on Lourdas bay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also rest under our olive trees to enjoy the natural shade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This property is one of the largest of the island,<\/strong> the best place for Familiy moments<\/strong> and Friends gatherings<\/strong>, special events<\/strong> such as weddings, wedding anniversaries, birthdays.<\/p>\n\n\n

As the Villa Ol Aspra<\/strong>  is situated just under Kefi Spitia, both villas can be rented together allowing to have 14 bedrooms and up to 32 guests.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access : 800m from Lourdas beach, 30mn from the airport, 30mn from the main town Argostoli<\/p>\n\n\n\n
